Welcome to this website (the "Site"), operated by boggled ("we", "us", or "our"). The Site provides documentation and information about the mod "Terraforming and Station Construction" for the video game Starsector. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

Starsector and all related trademarks, logos, characters, artwork, and game assets are the property of Fractal Softworks, LLC. This Site is an unofficial fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Fractal Softworks, LLC.

3. Mod Content

Any mod files, code, or assets described on this Site are provided free of charge and on an "as is" basis. Installing and using mods is done at your own risk. We are not responsible for any damage, data loss, save corruption, or other issues that may arise from downloading or using the mod or any related content.

We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party website or advertisement.
