Duration: 200 days (configurable via LunaLib settings)
Requirements:
- World type allows terraforming
- Planet has extreme weather
- Atmosphere Processor is operational on the colony (not required if the Atmosphere Processor building is disabled via LunaLib settings)
Results:
- Removes extreme weather
Notes:
- The Stellar Reflector Array can suppress extreme weather while operational, but this project removes it permanently.
